Hugo deadline approaching; free copies of nominees

The deadline for voting in the 2008 Hugo Awards is approaching rapidly.

All ballots must be received by midnight (2400 hrs.) Pacific Daylight Time at the end of Monday, July 7, 2008. That's 17 days from now. :)

And, in case you missed the offer earlier, members of this year's Worldcon can get free electronic copies of four of this year's best-novel Hugo finalists right here.

(Included are Rollback by Robert J. Sawyer, The Last Colony by John Scalzi, Halting State by Charles Stross, and Brasyl by Ian McDonald.)

More about this year's Hugos can be found here.

more awards in the future for Sawyer, woohoo!
last summer i took up reading after a long dry spell. my kids are older so i have free time once again.
i picked up far-seer at the library based on the cover and got hooked.
finished the quintaglio ascension quickly and moved onto the hybrids series, thirsting for more.
i was not disappointed it was a great read.
of the 30 books i read in the last year, 11 have been of RJS's works.
currently reading illegal alien, which has started out very well.
googling i found that you were in sarnia 2 months prior to me getting hooked on your writings, back in may 2007. my loss for missing you.
i love reading your bookssitting on the porch, while feeding the birds and chipmunks. your writings certaintly awaken my mind, and i find myself looking at life once again as if a youthful child.

keep up the excellent writing!!!

It may be a bit early to ask, but will you be going to Worldcon 2009 in Montreal? I am, and it will be the first major con I've ever attended.
