My wife and I finished reading the Parallax a few weeks ago. She's still saying, "I want more Ponter."
She really liked Mindscan, as well. She says I'm turning her into a geek. Thanks for writing them.
We also enjoyed Audrey Niffenegger's The Time Traveler's Wife. Do you have any suggestions for other romantic sci-fi?
(I'm getting Far-seer from the library next, but I'm not if she'll be as into that.)
There's a line of books called Luna that contains a lot of romantic science fiction. And my friend Catherine Asaro is the acknowledged queen of that subgenre; check out her books.
hello JonnyB,
I can recommend a specific ongoing series from the Luna Books Robert mentions:
The Retreivers Series, Laura Anne Gilman:
1 - Staying Dead
2 - Curse the Dark
2 - Bring it On

I enjoyed these ones. I'm sure you'll enjoy Far-Seer and the 2 others in that series, I CERTAINLY did!
