How do you manage to get so much writing done with so many appearances and other distractions?
Well, sometimes I just get away from it all to write -- be it the three months I spent in the Yukon last summer at Berton House, or the four days I spent in Banff recently.
And when we go on car trips -- even for an hour -- I take my laptop and write while my wife drives.
And I write well on airplanes. :)
Hi Robert,
I may jump in my car and drive up to Eerie Con (7 hours). Heck, why not? But I'll wait to see what's on the program first. If there are some interesting panels, I'll probably show up. There's a Writer's Workshop by James Alan Gardner and Nancy Kress - that might be interesting. Maybe we can talk you into sitting in! Any idea yet what panels you'll be on?

P.S. Six sales since November!
